Laura ordered this smoothie years ago at a cafe inside her favorite yoga studio. Since that day, she has been making it on the regular as a meal replacement for breakfast or lunch whenever the mood strikes. This smoothie is also great to depuff you and kickstart clean eating if you've just come back from vacation and need to get on the health train. We love it because of all the nutrition this smoothie packs...not only are there antioxidants from the blueberries and peaches but protein, Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, as well as fiber and good fats! If you want more of a smoothie to drink through a straw, add a little more milk and blend longer. Laura likes to eat with a spoon and create more of an acai bowl vibe.
Handful frozen peaches
Handful frozen blueberries
Scoop of protein powder (we use Vital Proteins)
Almond Milk (or your favorite nut milk of choice)
Dollop of granola butter (we like Oat Haus)
2 Tablespoons of hemp seeds (we use these ones)
Add blueberries and peaches to a high powered blender and pour in milk until it reaches the top of the fruit.
Blend until combined. Add more milk of you want a thinner consistency.
Pour into a tumbler of your choice and add 2 table spoons of help seeds and a dollop of granola butter to the top.
Eat with a spoon or sip through a straw. The granola butter will freeze and turn into little frozen balls of deliciousness as time goes on - think cookie dough ice cream!
